The NOVO Medical Center successfully passed certification and received a well-deserved award on August 7 as part of the All-Ukrainian project "A clean hospital is safe for the patient", which is carried out by the Association "Service of the Organization of Infection Control" and the Association of Nurses of Ukraine.
From the very beginning, the association has been guided by the latest and modern principles in the organization of the sanitary-epidemiological regime of health care institutions. The main and unchanging mission of the service is to preserve the health of hospital staff and patients.
The award goes to medical institutions that have implemented a number of measures and applied appropriate methods, such as:
- implementation of a mandatory hygienic audit
- carrying out staff training in quality infection control
- replacement of outdated disinfectants with modern and more effective ones
- implementation of modern room cleaning technology
