On June 24-25, Warsaw hosted the international exhibition and conference Rebuild Ukraine Health & Rehabilitation, organized by Premier Expo with the aim of attracting foreign investment to restore human capital.
At the National Stand “Ukraine and its medical recovery projects”, the participants presented the project “ReNOVO Recovery and Development Space”, which envisages the creation of a complex of more than 20 complementary components for the physical, medical and psychological rehabilitation of Ukraine's defenders, their families and other categories of socially vulnerable groups in society https://://www.novo.lviv.ua/en/about/renovo/ https://www.novo.lviv.ua/about/renovo/
The interest of foreign investors in NOVO projects in the implementation of large-scale charitable initiatives that the Center has been implementing for 10 years, programs for the rehabilitation of the military, inclusion, training of medical professionals in working with marginalized groups of citizens, etc. has become a cornerstone of cooperation and partnership between the institutions. And this is a significant step towards cooperation in preserving and restoring the health of all those who need it in extremely difficult wartime.
President of the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the NOVO Medical Center Oleksandr Maksymchuk said: “We are very enthusiastic about the activities of governmental and non-governmental organizations that help institutions like NOVO to present their activities and attract partners and investors. The ReNOVO project presented in Warsaw is a synergistic model of an ecosystem to help those affected by the war with Russia, as well as those who help them - doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc. In fact, ReNOVO is a multi-component model of a rehabilitation training space.
We are pleased that the exhibition featured many centers from Lviv and the region that are engaged in the extremely necessary work of rehabilitating the military. We, like no one else, understand that in carrying out such activities, one is not a warrior in the field. That is why the NOVO Medical Center has initiated the creation of a nationwide platform to support Veterans called the Veteran's Clinic, which, in addition to the cluster component, provides for the creation of a register of institutions providing medical services to socially vulnerable categories of Ukrainians.
In addition, it is time to scale up the diagnostic component under the NOVO brand, as we have a well-developed 10-year model of providing high-tech medical services. We presented all of the above initiatives to the general public during the exhibition held in Warsaw on June 24-25.
At this event, we spoke with those who are engaged in similar activities in Ukraine, primarily with heads of charitable organizations, which help medicine the most today. In turn, they presented their vision of the development of the medical industry in Ukraine, aimed at the physical, mental and social rehabilitation of citizens, with the possibility of attracting foreign investments. Our vision of the program is clearly defined, because both the state and private medical institutions, including non-profit ones, must coordinate their activities on the basis of cooperation and partnership. Pleasantly impressed by the attention of guests from abroad to the problems of Ukrainian medicine. I consider the International Exhibition of this level to be the first step in powerful interaction between the countries of Europe and the world.
NOVO Medical Center is actively moving in the direction of improvement and expansion of activities. We have a lot of work ahead of us to implement new projects and charitable initiatives. The NOVO team is always determined to achieve the noble goal of helping those who protect us and Ukraine."
