Timely and correctly provided assistance to a person in a critical situation is equivalent to the value of life!
Understanding this, the NOVO Medical Center conducted a Practical Course on Emergency Care "Basic Life Support" for its administrative staff yesterday.
The participants of the training received such useful, interesting, and necessary information for everyone that the 6-hour session passed in one breath!
The training was conducted by a certified instructor of the European Resuscitation Council, an anesthesiologist at the NOVO Medical Center, Andriy Furtak, who taught the participants:
- How to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- How to use an automated external defibrillator (AED);
- How to place an unconscious victim in a stable position;
- How to assist in cases of choking;
- How to provide emergency care in special situations.
Thanks to his professional and creative delivery and the activity of the participants, the training was successful, participants received certificates and are ready to provide first aid.
We are consciously aware of how important this is, and therefore we recommend that every organization do this for their employees, as well as for individuals interested in this, to take this course, which the NOVO Medical Center will soon start offering.
