By the decision of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Lviv Regional State Administration dated November 21, 2024, NOVO was recognized as an institution that informs the population and provides socially important diagnostic and advisory services in accordance with the Programs for veterans, combatants, family members of military personnel, missing persons under special circumstances, internally displaced persons under the age of 18, etc.
