NOVO VISION
In the whirlwind of the modern progressive world, so much depends on how comfortable and confident a person feels about tomorrow, actively seizing all opportunities and purposefully moving toward their goals.
It is in the harmony of spiritual well-being and physical health that our main life resource lies, for it is through this that we possess the powerful inner strength, knowledge, and skills to feel like full-fledged members of society. In a person’s pursuit of respect and recognition from others, it is the love for life and strong faith that become priorities, helping to overcome any difficulties. So let us be this way ourselves and teach future generations the same!
Our motto – “LOVE TO LIVE!” – is more relevant than ever at a time when the greatest value is life itself in all its manifestations. The staff of the NOVO Medical Center is a friendly team of like-minded individuals inspired by a common goal and adhering to the same principles regarding the factors of positive thinking, while helping to preserve the physical health of the nation.
Ensuring the provision of the highest quality consulting and diagnostic services, obtaining accurate examination results, prescribing effective treatment courses, and creating comfortable conditions for patients’ stays are the core mission of the NOVO Medical Center. Thanks to the professional competence of our specialists and the use of cutting-edge equipment, unparalleled in Western Ukraine, we are able to promptly diagnose diseases in our patients, aiming to return them to a full life as quickly as possible.
Our primary goal is, above all, to make a significant contribution to the development of a healthy society. The specialists at the NOVO Medical Center provide diagnostics to all age groups, building trusting relationships with each patient, especially with children and the elderly as the most vulnerable categories of citizens.

NOVO - FOR CHILDREN

Since its opening in 2014, we have successfully implemented the Charitable Program "Innovative Diagnostics at the NOVO Medical Center", through which we have conducted thousands of examinations for young patients based on referrals from partner hospitals, including St. Nicholas Hospital of the 1st Territorial Medical Association of Lviv, the Lviv Regional Non-Profit Enterprise "Center for Pediatric Medicine," children who are internally displaced persons under 18 years old, and through collaboration with the Municipal Enterprise of Lviv Regional Council "Warrior’s House." The NOVO Medical Center operates in the medical services market on the principle of social entrepreneurship, and until the full-scale invasion by the aggressor country on our land, its activities were primarily focused on helping children. Therefore, by undergoing an examination at our Center, you contribute to the development of a healthy future society.
The greatest gratitude for us is the shining eyes and joyful smiles of our satisfied patients.
NOVO - CHARITY DURING WARTIME

In wartime conditions, the NOVO Medical Center, as a member of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Association of Charitable Organizations of Ukraine," has been granted authority by the Association’s board to provide medical diagnostic and consulting assistance to internally displaced persons from combat zones and other cities of Ukraine free of charge and on preferential terms. The program, implemented jointly with the financial partner – the international organization HelpUkraine22, is called #NOVOhelp.
Brian Mefford, head of the U.S.-based project Help Ukraine 22, administered by the Committee for Open Democracy (COD) as a humanitarian project, became the winner of the National Contest "Charitable Ukraine-2022" – "Charity in Defense of Ukraine" – in the "Benefactor of the Year" category. During his visit to Ukraine in June 2023, he received the prestigious award – the Angel of Goodness – at the NOVO Medical Center.
Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons

Since the onset of the full-scale invasion by the occupying country on our land, all forces of Ukrainian medicine have been consolidated primarily to assist Ukraine’s Defenders. Therefore, the NOVO Medical Center launched a program of free and preferential diagnostic-consultative examinations for combat participants, war veterans, and persons with disabilities resulting from the war.

Within the framework of the #NOVOhelp Program, aiming to unite efforts to coordinate actions in improving the efficiency of medical assistance to affected participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation, Joint Forces Operation, and combatants against the aggressor – the Russian Federation, the Charitable Foundation Institution "Center for Medical Innovations" has signed Cooperation Agreements with the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region, the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv Region," and the Lviv Military Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Under this collaboration, servicemen undergoing treatment in hospitals receive free MRI and CT diagnostics at the NOVO Medical Center.
For nearly 10 years, active cooperation has been established between the NOVO Medical Center and the Lviv Regional Institution "Warrior’s House." Since 2014 and continuing to this day, the program "Providing Free Diagnostic Assistance to Minor Children of Deceased Participants of Mass Public Protest Actions that Began in Ukraine on November 21, 2013, and Deceased Participants of the Joint Forces Operation" remains in effect. According to an expanded Memorandum of Cooperation, we provide all types of medical services free of charge to family members of military personnel missing under special circumstances.
In 2023, a Memorandum of Mutual Assistance was signed between the NOVO Medical Center and the First Women’s Veteran Space "Rehab" within the framework of cooperation with the Lviv Regional Institution "Warrior’s House" to support the implementation of national and local programs for female veterans and their family members.

Under the Memorandum of Cooperation, servicemen from the NextStep Ukraine Rehabilitation Center of the Revived Soldiers Ukraine Charitable Foundation can receive all types of diagnostic services and professional consulting assistance at the NOVO Medical Center free of charge.

NOVO INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
From July 2023 until the end of February 2024, the NOVO Medical Center implemented the program "Providing High-Tech Innovative Medical Services to Socially Vulnerable Categories of Society in Lviv Region," named NOVO_helpforpeople. This was made possible thanks to a grant received within the framework of financial support from the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

Combat participants, war veterans, family members of military personnel missing in action, internally displaced persons, and others received high-quality MRI, CT, ultrasound diagnostics, and endoscopic examinations of European standards, performed on high-tech diagnostic equipment with maximum safety and comfort for the patient. Representatives and experts from the grant providers were able to witness this during a monitoring mission visit to the NOVO Medical Center in November 2023.
Within the project, 3 roundtables and 5 focus groups were held with medical experts, veterans, military personnel, and representatives of the public sector in Lviv, Kharkiv, and Kyiv. The events aimed to identify a range of difficulties and problems faced by military personnel, veterans, and medical professionals, and to develop joint solutions for rapid responses to current challenges.
A total of 2,317 free examinations were provided. More details here
NOVO EQUIPMENT
Thanks to high-precision equipment from leading manufacturers, the NOVO Medical Center conducts MRI, CT, ultrasound diagnostics, and endoscopic examinations at the level of the world’s best centers and clinics.
The latest-generation magnetic resonance imaging system Optima MR450w 1.5T manufactured by General Electric Healthcare ensures the highest image quality with shorter examination times. Thanks to the unique design of the device, MRI diagnostics are accessible to both young patients and individuals suffering from claustrophobia.

The Aquilion Prime 160 computed tomography system by Toshiba collects data for up to 164 slices with a thickness of 0.5 mm in a full rotation time of as little as 0.4 seconds. This significantly reduces the risk of radiation exposure to the patient’s body while maintaining high-precision image quality. This type of diagnostics allows for simultaneous full-body screening on state-of-the-art, safe equipment.

Since its opening on November 11, 2014, the NOVO Medical Center has achieved significant milestones and earned considerable authority in medical circles in Ukraine and worldwide. Our facility hosts numerous medical seminars, international meetings, and specialist training sessions. In 2018, the Center became the main partner and co-organizer of the XII International Radiology Seminar.
The highly skilled team of the NOVO Medical Center, which has created comfort for every patient through years of dedicated work, is an example of trust and reliability. Our leading specialists, through constant participation in national and international conferences, adopt the experiences of their colleagues, share their own achievements in the field of medicine, and compete worthily with world-class professionals. The team of like-minded medical professionals and friends is led by Anzhela Yaroslavivna Dyba.
Our administrators, by attending various training sessions, continuously improve service aspects of patient communication, as we understand that experience, knowledge, and professionalism are the foundation of a high level of service and, consequently, satisfaction with the range of services provided.
Over the years of NOVO’s existence, thousands of important orders and agreements have been signed within its walls, hundreds of interviews conducted, numerous significant decisions made, and many important steps taken to realize our core mission – preserving the health and lives of patients. This is largely thanks to the former director, Nataliya Dmytrivna Klymovych, who held the position until November 2021.

Subsequently, the realization of our NOVO mission under the motto "LOVE TO LIVE!" was entrusted to Director Taras Yaroslavovych Lysak, who, since taking leadership of the Center, has successfully implemented the foundational priorities of its work during an extremely challenging period for our society. Already completed charitable projects aimed at helping children with special needs, patients forced to leave their permanent residences in Ukraine, people with disabilities, servicemen, war veterans, and family members of military personnel missing under special circumstances have been successfully realized.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the NOVO Medical Center is Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Maksymchuk – President of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Association of Charitable Organizations of Ukraine," Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the National Contest "Charitable Ukraine," and a public and political figure.
